(1) In order to make the activities related to the promotion of micro enterprises, domestic industries and small industries effective, the Government of Nepal may form a district industry promotion committee at the local level under the chairmanship of the head of the district coordination committee with the representation of related agencies and stakeholders as needed.
(2) The formation, work, duties and powers of the District Industry Promotion Committee shall be as prescribed.
